We have different approaches

1- In PPP (Public Private Partnership) according to a reimbursement agreement

a. Countries provides the land and defines the standings and specifications and. GELPAZ / AXHIS realizes the housing.

b. Countries provides the land and GELPAZ / AXHIS is develops and realizes the housing after validation of the various plans by the client.

2- By purchasing of land

a. GELPAZ / AXIS buys the land, makes it viable for the country

b. GELPAZ/AXIS achète les terrains, les viabilise, réalise les logements et autres bâtiments pour l’Etat

c. GELPAZ / AXIS buys the land, makes it viable and sells it to the public.. GELPAZ / AXHIS can build houses or buildings on customer demand's.

d. GELPAZ / AXHIS buys land, makes it viable, builds housing for sale or rent to the public

3- By financing a client to carry out a specific real estate project

4- Government support to develop its housing policy

5- With a minimum number of dwellings to be built on the territory.
